Paringa Room Up the stairs will take you to Paringa room named after lake Paringa which can be found 50km north of Haast.The Paringa Room is named after Lake Paringa, just north of Haast in South Westland. The meandering Paringa River flows from Lake Paringa and eventually meets the Tasman Sea 8km north of the lake.The comfortable and spacious south facing Paringa room of our Hokitika bed and breakfast has a queen size bed and a wonderful window seat where you can sit and enjoy the enviable views of the imposing Southern Alps, which can often be seen rising from the early morning ground mist.Double Suites The two bedroomed suite is Mahinapua and Rotokino rooms together, found in the west wing of the lodge, shared bathroom and separate toilet. Ideal for familiesThe peaceful Rotokino room is a twin bedded room and Mahinapua King room is a 2 bedrromed suite i, the views from the window on the south side look past the tulip tree (liriodendron tulipifera) which, during autumn, changes colour to the most spectacular oranges and yellows; and then across the neighbouring land to the foothills of the magnificent Southern Alps of New Zealand. consisting of a shared shower and separate toiletIanthe Room Ianthe room located upstairs on the north side of the lodge overlooks gardens and woodland.
